you've mentioned how some of what you are as a coach has changed and evolved you were a different man then yes too how has the man evolved from that standpoint and how will that help you in this opportunity as a head coach mean you go from almost this brother mentality with the guys you evolve into this guy that's able to give guys advice to now I'm getting over man and I'm like this Father Figure like I I was used to being an uncle right cuz I was like I tell people all the time I was like jcole I was this middle child right I was stuck between the older generation of the Monte kein and the Mike tomlins and then I was right above the cou Hanahan the Sha McVey the Matt laflor so I had been J cold for so long you know I I really didn't know what that was like right then I had my own children and I started to realize like how you want them to grow up
