OK, this morning we are getting an update from an I team investigation into a Festus primate facility where two chimpanzees escaped a few years ago PETA announced it had rescued Tonka from a woman's home. Her name is Tanya Haddox. Well, the the animal is now in the care of save the chimps, which is a sanctuary in Florida, so that is according to PETA, Haddocks falsely claimed that Tonka had died when they seized five of her other animals last year. Well PETA. Says they found Tonka and Haddocks's basement confined to a cage, a tiny cage. They say he was overweight and lacked proper veterinary care.
