When you hear that the stadium has 12,000 seats and all the tickets are sold out. You then realise, the increased popularity and reach of the sport. I think that even if it’s a sport that evolves, the rules also evolve from year to year to really try to adapt to visual impairment. When the length of the games were reduced, it was not because the athletes were not physically fit enough. At the end of the day it’s to do with mental fatigue. You can’t stay in that state of focus for twenty five minutes straight. You can’t maintain focus for 30 minutes listening to dozens of sounds You can however focus deeply for 15 minutes, and truly listen to everything around you. I think that’s a great rule change. The French team are in good shape, our preparation has gone well. We are at home too so that is good. We aren’t among the favourites to medal, but we won't be far off. Wow, Brazil, I think they are on another level, In Brazil, I think they are like professionals, if you train 5 or 6 times a week, then your level increases. For the French blind football team, it was the most beautiful moment. For me it was scoring the two goals against Spain. This allowed us to qualify for the final. “Yeah!” (Crowd) It was a joy. A real accomplishment. I've been playing blind football, since the 2000s, so it's been a long time. 24 years of blind football, I want to end with a beautiful adventure. A medal would of course be incredible but even just feeling the support of the crowd. I’ll be overjoyed.
