NBA 2K25 GAMEPLAY is...

everything you see today is 2K 25 Gameplay and after a three-hour stream of watching a bunch of creators videos that got to number 16 on trending by the way in the gaming category thank you guys and over a 4our stream almost 8 hours in total of streaming on Twitch I'm going to give you guys my honest opinion of everything we've watched today and we have watched a lot okay so stay tuned this is going to be one of those videos you want to watch all the way to the end because it's going to be packed with information and news so let's get get right into it man drop a like if you guys haven't yet and let's get it so this first clip I'm going to show you guys right here is from solo where Yannis had Takeover in the corner catches the ball loses takeover greens a shot and takeover comes back now once again you're going to see he has that red under him he loses takeover greens the shot and it comes back so grinding tried to explain this a little bit in our in his video today but it's going to need a much more brief explanation because it seems like takeover is going to last basically throughout the entire game from what we've seen it does have a timer where it goes off but if you hit a shot it's going to come back if you miss a shot you can lose takeover right after getting it so we need to know more about what is going on with takeover cuz it's one of the most important things in the game y'all so look this right here was a lamelo ball dribbling clip and you're going to see he goes down to no stamina once he goes right he's going to do these shot cancel and then run out of it very quickly we're going to look at some more shot cancels today of course but I wanted to just show you guys that he goes red blinking right he's tired so his stats are lowered goes for this shot cancel right there and then misdirections right out of it pretty darn fast now this is some Victor Wim banama gameplay you're going to see where he gets a snatch block and then blowout dribbles down the court behind the back literally doing some Victor wimon Yama stuff into a signature shot I believe that was a signature shot right there in 2K 25 at the moment of course he's probably on rookie I'm not going to lie okay so he might be on a low difficulty but still that's not what really matters we're trying to see how the game play actually looks the go-to shots is it realistic you know all those types of things fading over people which is realistic for wimy dominating in the post things like that so let me know how you guys are feeling about 2k 25 if you've already seen a good amount of gameplay okay let me know in the comment section down below but if you haven't yet stick around to the end to give your opinion I'd like to see what you say after you see all the things we have to show today so there's that clip Again by the way coincidentally where he greens the shot in the corner and then gets take over back but like a lot of other people I was very worried for 2K 25's dribbling system now 2K has said that in 15 years this is their biggest change to either gameplay or dribbling I can't remember which one it is because it's a new dribble engine from the ground up they said so here is a clip right here of Joey 2K dribbling around with Steph Curry and it looks like once you get it down as he goes into a signature shot as well the the dribbling is very promising I'm not going to say it's good or bad but it looks like if you can get it down it's promising however a lot of creators were talking about their struggles with just a few hours of trying it out not being able to dribble that good you know what I'm saying so that is going to be concerning at some point when we get the game if nobody can dribble if the dribble engines messed up but I don't think it's going to be an issue I just think that guys didn't get to try it out a lot they were mostly in the Builder right so this picture right here is from Double H who while in the my team you know he walked over cuz this is in the Rivet City to the anti up you could walk through and it looks like there is a stage back there so stage might be new okay I don't want to get your guys hopes up but it's looking new just from that little spot that you could see from the video so Sunset and Oldtown return in the park for 2K 25 we already knew this if you zoomed in on the trailer we got like a week ago but this is up Clos pictures of seeing Sunset Beach okay it is most likely going to come back unless they just completely remastered it and left everything there to kind of clickbait people you know it's back in the game okay so Zack Timberman said this which is huge this also rebirth Works a bit differently in 2K 25 your initial Max overall will rebirth will be equal to the highest overall rating you've previously reached anything 90 overall end up now this did uh seem to confuse some people what it means is let's say your highest overall player is a 91 overall when you go into rebirth you will be able to to right away upgrade the next player to a 91 overall if your highest overall player is a 99 all you have to do is get one player you know like up to 99 overall you can immediately make another player and go up to 99 of course please do not think that's going to be free cuz it is not going to be free they're just skipping the progression grind which has been pretty annoying in the past few years now how many save slots do we have this year you will now be able to have 15 total save slots on PlayStation 5 Xbox series X and PC now there wasn't really any reason to show these clips but basically the scooper and the same exact scooper animations are back in 2K 25 which is concerning it wasn't really that used by a majority of the community but I've tried to tell you guys that if you get the right ones it's very glitchy and what I mean by that is someone can be playing Perfect Defense once you get them in the animation the specific one I'm thinking about you are not able to contest it or defend it it's basically sometimes you can miss it if you time it very poorly but basically it goes in like 90% of the time and really it would probably be okay in 2K 24 as long as you had a very high layup doing that but you can do it with literally like 65 layup 70 layup and I showed that in the 0 to 69 no money spent Kobe video my most popular video on the channel if you haven't checked it out yet now chock said I guarantee you that Sunset rivet and Oldtown return in NBA 2k2 5 either through events or the actual Parks now I'm guessing of course he's seen that picture today and it would not make sense for us to not be able to play them at some point so the Park trailer is most likely going to come out on a Thursday we've talked about this because tomorrow is my player Builder information it's also my court stuff like that so of course turn on notifications we will be streaming the reaction it might be on Twitch it might be on YouTube YouTu but we'll probably do what we did today where we started on YouTube and then we go over to Twitch okay that is going to be huge on Wednesday I highly doubt although I could be wrong that 2K would drop the city news on on the same day right they love dropping news on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I think we're going to get it on Thursday it's a big big week even if you're not going to be there for the streams the videos are going to be coming out every day as well we are grinding y'all okay so this guy said one thing I'm worried about is that centers are notoriously known to be easier to grind to 99 so people are probably going to take advantage and make a center Bild just to grind to 99 at the beginning of the game then upgrade the rest of their builds straight to 99 with rebirth I don't know why he's worried about that but we put a lot of work into trying to even out the my points progression between positions some modes might naturally help one position over another but in general things should be much tighter in 2K 25 I'm not sure why he's worried about that because literally progression is just playing like offline and stuff for most people but now I do want to talk to you guys about the dunk meter and it's not really worth showing clips for these things like there is for you know the scoopers that I was just telling you about as well you just got to kind of listen to me cuz there's really no reason to show them but the dunk meter is probably the most concerning thing that I've seen today okay and we talked about this on stream there's some things that are concerning and blah blah blah but I'm not asking for anything to get patched or fixed or anything like that yet okay if there's anything that's exploitive I will ask for it to get fixed or people getting kicked out of games or something when the game comes out or like how latency and all that was bad when the game first came out things like that right I very very much focused on things that needed to get fixed in 2K 24 rather than opinions like oh steals are too good or shooting's too easy I begged 2K to not CH uh change the shooting at the beginning of the year and you guys know that that we're here in early October but look the dunk meter was the most concerning because they say it's a dynamic system this this year which was changed to reflect like if you're there in 2K 24 where you go up for a dunk and at the beginning it's open but then a good Defender jumps in to contest that it's still the same meter from as when you began the dunk meter obviously it shouldn't be like that and it should work the other way around for offense where if someone starts in your spot like if someone's standing near the paint sometimes it can give you a small dunk meter even though by the time you go to dunk the ball there's still no one there they didn't contest it or anything and you still got an extremely small dunk meter so it should be more fair on both sides of the ball well apparently that's how it is on 2K 25 except for we can't see the dunk meter and what I mean is or sorry we can't see the dunk green Window Guys how odd is that and I'm not one of those people that's just going to be out here Trust to oh yeah yeah I'm sure it's in there guys I'm sure it's Dynamic I mean come on it 2k's saying trust me bro so that is worrying but at the same time I think the reason why 2K did this this year is because it was a lazy fix or maybe it was a good fix to try and prevent cheaters in the game however I just don't think that's going to work I do think that the cheating technology is progressing and they're going to figure out how to do it with no meter and you know all this stuff that we've been talking about in previous videos so the dunk logic actually we don't know we don't know if it's working or not but we did see a lot of new dunk animations today that is one thing I will give 2K is there was a good amount of new animations and if I wasn't a content creator right if I was someone who was on the fence and upset with the way the state of 2K and the microtransactions all that if I was on the fence about buying the game to today's video would not give me a answer on buying the game or not now if I was a play now online player strictly play now online my GM whatever it is I think that this 5v5 game play looks very solid but if you're a park player and you know stuff like that you know Park stage Pro wreck this doesn't really tell me a lot about the game the game looks very realistic with the second year of pro play I can't even lie to that about 2k you know there's a lot of really cool animations like the go-to shot cancelling and things of that nature right there's definitely some new Pro play animations blah blah blah the smoothness everything but it wouldn't make me by the game or not is what I'm saying right we still have so much to see the Builder how the game play plays out with Legend badges cuz none of the NBA players had Legend badges today guys not even Steph Curry had Legend Limitless range now maybe he will when the game comes out out but I was pretty upset with that okay however tomorrow is going to be the Builder information so we will be seeing people practicing with Legend posterizer and Legend Limitless range and you know stuff like that so we will see it tomorrow now some other things I seen was someone trying to do the Jamal Murray behind the back and it is indeed patched I don't know if there's another move that they weren't using but it did look patch and I by patch I mean one of the worst moves from one of the best moves you know what I'm saying so Double H was talking about interior defense in his video and he thinks that it got a Nerf now we'll have to see with the sliders in park and wreck how that plays out but what he said was it felt very inconsistent sometimes he would play great defense and they would make the shot and sometimes they would be like wide open and Miss he just said it was very inconsistent so that is worrying but we did see you cannot jab step in the paint anymore you can't do the Kobe cheese or nothing like that so the shot cancelling for 2K 25 might play a big factor but we really don't know until we're going to see it versus actual human beings you know what I'm saying so hopefully Mike Wing does patch this double dribbling stuff and I'm sure there's going to be more issues with the shot cancelling I told you guys it's 2k's first year making a dribbling system and every time they do something for the first time it's never close to perfect they got to fix it the next year and the next year so I am still a little worried about the dribbling system however I am less worried and I think we're going to be okay once the game comes out cuz the fluidity and stuff it seemed like if you could get it down was pretty nice okay now I'm just going off promising is the word that I would say for today for the dribbling for everything like that oh also so on ball steals was said to be nerfed like a good amount but defense with the new shifting system and all that we'll have to see how it looks but that could help a lot and also at the same time once again we have still not seen Legend glove okay so don't freak out of your lockdown we haven't seen Legend glove yet we haven't seen how Legend clamps or whatever it's called this year is going to work in action but this is just every sing single person's thoughts on the game plays and tomorrow we'll be able to see more about the takeovers because it's got to be explained more guys we have 70 plus takeovers and we don't really know how it works like the levels go up but we don't really know I mean there's people losing takeover and then they hit a shot and it comes back they miss a shot and it goes away like they just got takeover they miss a shot goes away right your first shot right after you get it but then you make a shot and comes back so it's a fluctuating system that you can lose and gain but but for how long I mean things like that okay so 2K 25 at the moment like I said if you were playing Park wreck anything like that my team even I personally if I wasn't a Creator am not buying the game off today's information however I am feeling a little bit better okay I would say a little bit better is the one word I would use promising you know stuff like that okay thank you guys so much man
