[Music] now going over to the business blunder of the day you have Walmart Great Valley apple juice well unfortunately it is being recalled due to contamination this comes to us thanks to exos and specifically Kelly taka who's right over there say quote Walmart apple juice sold in 25 States recalled over arsenic levels there you can see the iconic Apple on Walmart logo was about say apple they do sell up a products but in this case this is the one that you drink now they say quote the Food and Drug Administration has designated the recall as a class two which means it quote may cause temporary or medically irreversible adverse Health consequences FDA says that current Research indicates that inorganic arsenic is more dangerous than organic arsenic that the health effects from exposure are more severe say yes but the FDA also notes that class 2 recalls the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote Walmart Great Value just recall they say that quote the Tampa based manufacturer refresco beverages us voluntary recalled 9535 cases of Great Value apple juice sold in six packs and 8 oz bottles per the notice PPC for the effective products is say write this down with a a new pen because you're need La Inc so again if you want to check if your specific refresco beverage is actually recalled again well this labeled Great Value applesauce it's the BR Walmart Branch o this 078 742 29 6555 again it's 0- 78742 D 29655 D5 and the prct best used by date is December 28th 2024 in terms of the states in which it was sold this is not going to be a long list because it's actually 28 States in uh Puerto Rico and Washington DC they say quote it was sold in Alabama Connecticut Delaware Florida Georgia Illinois or if you're from Midwest you know it's called Illinois Indiana Kentucky Massachusetts Maryland Maine Michigan Mississippi North Carolina New Hampshire New Jersey New York Ohio Pennsylvania Rhode Island South Carolina Tennessee Virginia Vermont and West Virginia so again if you shop in those general areas at Walmart and you got a great Apple app most likely it is being recalled again if you want to check specifically to look at the code that code again the UPC on the on the part of apple juice is 0- 78742 d276 55-5 now in terms of recall thankfully silver linting I don't see any news that anyone has been negatively affected in terms of healthwise but in terms of business yeah Walmart makes a lot more profit when it's their own brand that's one of the biggest reasons why pretty much every grocery store has their own branded products in addition to the cliche me mega names that we all know and some people love I mean everyone knows about the Juice companies like juicy I was going to say yeah you got Ocean Ocean Spray that's another big one BS I think has some juice um there there's a couple big names out there but again a lot of people like storebrand and when you're trying to build your business and especially in Walmart right now they need as much sales as possible because again when it comes to groceries it adds up in the aggregate it's very small profit per unit and was their own product they you know in this case they're o game for the name on it it's a little more profitable but still not a great great thing like when they sell like um like clothing that's historically much more profitable than groceries why we so see so many so few grocery startups in the industry so having a stain something that again you're supposed to be in charge this in terms of they're Outsourcing the manufacturing to this company but again when you're putting that on your shelf and putting your logo on it because it's a great value brand which again they own this their inhouse um economic brand value again you should be doing some pretty strict control to make sure it STS to Snuff and safe find your shells cuz yeah this erods brand trust especially the brand that you're building it's the Walmart brand so go say that Walmart having that little issue and a little recall got to say that and certainly the business blender of the day thank you everyone for taking the time to tune in again trying to get to 4,000 subscribers by the end of the month so you can click that button I great appreciate it also give me a thumbs up thumbs down or comment to give me a little bit more feedback let me know I can make the show better and better I don't forget to take time to tell your family tell your friends tell your co-workers heck tell your enemies tell anyone and everyone just stay safe fight the good fight [Music]
