wants to talk about offense but B I think defensively is going to be one of the keys to win this game you look at Tennessee and Auburn scoring defense Tennessee's given up 66 points a game that's second in the league Auburn is third giving up 67% and then field goal defense Tennessee number one in the country holding the teams to 38% in the SEC that's in the SEC but Auburn's number two I mean they both play great defense yeah they do and Auburn plays like I mentioned earlier with a lot of depth so they play with a lot of energy cuz they play a lot of people and they get in there and they get after it one other key of the game obviously rebounding is important but 50/50 balls pearls teams play they they're Relentless they go after everything and they hustle we got to match that hustle early in the year they were getting the kind of national respect that they should have because they were playing and playing well and and U certainly they've created a u he's done a great job creating a great basketball atmosphere there they want to spread the floor take three-point shots too don't they they they do but they they got a player inside and um you know they also again they they know how to play off each other and they do a really good job of doing that you got to guard their guards on the perimeter though they do they're they're they can get streaky and they shoot it deep and you've got to come out and uh obviously you got to work hard at again getting out there knowing that you're open the court up which gives them more room to drive and so it's important that we really get the kind of Gap help that we need and they're a team that they play off their runs too don't they they do once they get it going and uh they really can get it going quickly and uh you got to take away the transition buckets you got to take away uh you know you can't give them those Second Chance points because really thrive on that and as you said that's when they really get going both offensively and defensively but your team has been really good lately especially of guarding the the three-point line and driving guys off that well we're going to have to tonight and again you're talking this this guy this team has a guy that they can throw the ball in there too and uh you can't leave him isolated in there I don't think with anyone in the league and because not only uh is he extremely effective that way when you start double teaming him ji does a great job of passing the ball good rebounder and he also blocked shots too do he does and again it's important that we get him he's elevated his game well I hope he can continue to do that you know I think he should be considered in a lot of the national awards for a point in the kind of year he's had and it's a comeback year when you think about it with where he missed last year and this really this part of the year and I just because I love him so much Bob I just want to see him finish strong and a lot of recognition come his way you know it's amazing in the start of the year you're hoped to maybe playing 15 20 minutes a game now he's playing over 30 per game well again he might play more as we get going down the stretch here but uh the fact is he's a huge part of what we do and and he's getting so much better at playing the point and knowing how to get his team mates involved and know where he needs to get them the ball is that the biggest thing about his Improvement in his game gets in everybody involv he sees the floor too doesn't he well that's where he's improved so much this year his eyes I mean he's learned how to look off one way that his eyes and make the right read he's he does he's starting to see more bodies out there at one time which uh that becomes like you're taking a photo of the whole court and he's gotten so much better at that his penetration too he's able to control the ball and dribble and look for options and that's the key to a good point guard it is and again I think he'll get pressure tonight and he's going to have the opportunity to try to do that again tonight all right balance you talked about it all season long getting balance tonight that'll be important tonight against Auburn it will be and we need everybody I mean this time of year you need everybody ready to go and play and um you know we got different line lineups we can play but uh we need everybody you've been playing Jonas Adu and tobby aaka a lot together uh you must like that and what does that bring to your team well it it it gives us difference when we go really from a four guard lineup to a traditional Twan lineup and those guys are two guys that we have confidence in around the basket they both go about it differently but uh we do like the fact that they play well together
