ship game the Ravens of the Kansas City Chiefs with a return trip to the Super Bowl on the line the Chiefs would have to find a way to stop League MVP Lamar Jackson a task given to Steve spag noo better known as spags in SPS we trust you know in SPS We Trust baby it's like more so of a thing that started with the players because we don't think our defens to coordinator get talked about as much as he should we so fatuated with offense then when you go out inside the office and it's the swifties is like there just so much to be distracted from but the the most dominant piece is spags yeah I think that's a great tribute to spags and what he's all about guys do what he asks and they trust him there's so that that word trust is such a big thing in the National Football League and if you've earned that what you do as a coach you earn that and he's got that from his guys they're printing up T-shirts that means they believe in what he's throwing to them and and uh that means they're going to go 110 M hour doing it the defense's Trust In spags was evident so was the pressure on Lamar Jackson they're bringing pressure against Lamar they've been doing it the whole game you know Kain Lamar make him a pocket passer if we can make Lamar stick in the pocket and throw the ball then we got uh our chances of winning it can go up because he's a dangerous quarterback outside of the pocket he is buried and be hug at the 49 yd line he also can throw the ball inside the pocket but we'll just like to keep him there Lamar Jackson over the middle caught by Z flowers and slers to the end zone they're going to save the ball's out they're going to say a Touchback the Chiefs recover the ball in the endzone Lamar to throw looking to the right nothing there fires down the middle back in the end zone it's intercepted backto back turnover is In The End Zone by the Baltimore Ravens yeah oh no oh now the defense had their trust in spags the offense had their trust in Kelsey momes Kelsey makes a great catch Mahomes to throw a fires it near side to Kelsey comes back to the ball and holds it touchdown go all day boy all day boy he can't guard him he can't guard him dog out standing throw in only a place where his receiver Travis Kelce could make that play great job great big time catch dog keep that's a heck of a football team and you know to be able to come out and move the ball against that defense was really something Mahomes keeping the feet alive now back to the near side now moves back to his right he's going to scramble and he throws it late and it's caught by Kelsey diving at the 16 you're not entertained by that you don't have a pulse good play what well that play was able to work because I I screwed it up and I and I really needed to make a play for one five there I mean of course Travis on the wrong route so and he end up getting the football and that tandem delivered again Travis made a lot of Big Time plays on fourth down touchdown catches uh third down conversions you know Pat does an unbelievable job of of being confident in situations like that when the play breaks down that's kind of when he's at his most dangerous cuz there's no structure to it momes lobed the ball as he was hit the ball was to the right of Kelce who laid out and made a catch on a fluttering pass the alltime NFL postseason reception leader liing the great Cherry rice the Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes were now just one game away from realizing their quest for back-to-back titles not bad for a guy with a dad bot great job today like I've been saying we ain't done [Applause] yet 2 Pat is built bad pad is buil bad but like playing quarterback you can be built like that you can have your own little weight class and still succeed I mean it was a bad angle a bad angle for me people always joke around about the dad bod but uh it definitely became a thing I think especially this [Music] year he ain't the only one with a dad B I know that I think it's uh I think it's fair he's he's a father of two now right insert the dad B um I just got to make sure next year whenever we win the AFC Championship game I keep the shirt on when I'm in the Huddle and I'll take the shirt off when I'm getting ready to just hop in the shower
