it's always such a pleasure to see you and the fans are so excited to see your pictures and can so how has the experience been it's been amazing it's everyone here is so passionate and serious about film and it's just so nice to be around people that are so appreciative and enthusiastic about you know what I'm so enthusiastic about so it's been it's been really it's been really nice and uh I mean aside from that it's just beautiful here and very historic and yeah amazing uh how fun for you to be part of Bling Ring because you had to forget Emma and be someone else complete it was like pure 100% acting wasn't it yeah it was it was just fun for me to have to really transform and become someone so different and it just felt like an amazing opportunity uh how difficult is it to forget the glamour of fashion when you are in a movie like that that should not glamorize this aspect um I'm so sorry for one who for one who loves fashion how difficult is it not to glamorize Fashion through this film that's an interesting question um I think there's fashion as status symbols you know there's something that screams you know Chanel Dior Lyon it you know it's there's a there's a sort of ostentatious side to it um which which I'm not so so interested in I'm more interested in personal style and expression as you know doesn't matter how much it cost but more how you wear it and why you wear it um but uh so so yeah but it it was it was amazing to see how crazy that that all can all can get and how obsessed people can become with with those items absolutely and what started as a very La story is a story that resonates internationally as we're seeing it here in can what do you think is most you know about about today's generation what's what's uh the biggest message of the film um I think actually the interesting thing about the film is that there probably isn't really a message necessarily it avoids making a commentary it avoids social commentary it's it's really um it lets you decide it lets the audience decide how they feel about it um um which I think was a really interesting way of doing it um but I guess it's just it it just holds up a mirror to to where we are with with social media and with celebrity culture and um you know with with Google and so you know just sort of it's just very very modern it's very now yeah you feel very exposed if you're involved in it it's it's a little bit crazy yeah um last time we met was for The Perks of Being a Wallflower and this is again a very very different role how careful are you in in the choices you've made after Harry Potter to be a different person alog together in every character you played uh you know I think I've tried to broaden myself out a bit and and take roles that are interesting and a bit different um it's yeah as as an actor I think it's fun and it's it's nice to get to do different different types of things so who did you meet from The Bling Ring uh I I didn't meet anyone I I think you know Sophia you know obviously looked very carefully into the case to write her script but I really based my character on on my own interpretation of of what she wrote so I I wasn't trying to impersonate anyone particularly well done thank you so much I'm
