We're talking earlier about the temperatures today, and it felt a little bit like football weather out there, didn't it? It did. I was at a Giants practice today and you could feel that chill in the air. You know it's week one of the NFL season actually is 50 hours away. But who's counting right. Let that sink in. The Giants, of course, have to wait until Sunday to kick things off against the Vikings. And when Daniel Jones steps into the huddle for the first time this season, he will have his head coach's voice in his ear. Brian Daboll confirming that he will be calling the plays during the regular season on the offensive side after a disappointing season a year ago, especially on offense, the Giants retooled that side of the ball and after a long, hot summer camp, they are ready to shock the doubters. We've got high expectations. High expectations of what we can be, you know, as a group on offense, and I feel like we're in a good spot. I think we're confident. We've had a good camp, we're prepared and we got to go out and execute on Sunday. It feels a lot different, but in a good way. We can stop beating up on each other. We get to go against an opponent and it counts. You know. So yeah, it's definitely different. We got a young team, we got a scrappy team, and we're just going to be resilient. We have an aggressive strike first mentality and I know everybody's excited to play. By the way Daniel Jones says he might keep that beard for Sunday kickoff. Game time deci.
