And for the first time since we learned that George, our running back, Trevor Etienne was arrested over the weekend, we're hearing from his head coach, Kirby Smart Etienne faces Dui and reckless driving charges after police arrested him Sunday morning. According to Athens Clark County, police records. Trevor faces four misdemeanors in all including failure to maintain lane slashing proper driving on the road. Etienne was booked around 4:30 a.m. Sunday morning and released an hour later posting a total bond amount of $1883. Kids don't make the best decisions. Um The older you get, sometimes the tougher, the consequences are for your mistakes. So, you know, he's not gonna let this mistake define him. Uh He's embarrassed, he's upset. He's no, he's made the mistake. Uh It's a teaching moment and we hope he gets better from it. Um You know, in addition to our university discipline process, we've got all the stuff we deal with inside house and he'll, you know, be, be with those same details. He'll be um under the same rules that we have in house as well as the university discipline. So disappointed in uh his decision making, but he is a good kid.
