A testament to the life and legacy of former Scranton mayor, Jimmy Connors. Remember that when you leave this earth, you can take nothing that you have received, but only that which you have given. But today, the former mayor was better known as Papa, as his son, Zach and granddaughter Quinn shared some personal memories.
