Angel Reese once again with playoff implications and after a slow start the fever absolutely dominated this contest what we did notice though is it was a career-high 31 points for Caitlyn Clark Angel re also got another double double but people are taking notice of the just Shameless they're not even trying to hide it anymore y'all this stat padding that coach Teresa Witherspoon as well as the Chicago Scott organization is doing for Angel Reese to one I think Keeper in this Rookie of the Year race even though it definitely doesn't feel like a race at this point this is Caitlyn Clark's award to lose but they leave her in the game down 20 to get that double double that she got man it's disgraceful there might need to be an investigation now I'm playing but seriously though this is just disgraceful man the stat padding is obvious they're not even trying to hide it from us anymore initially I defended it I felt like you know there wasn't much stat pading going on Angel ree just playing her game just being physical crashing the boards I know she hasn't shot the best from the field um and she's got a lot of her own rebounds but even if you took all those offensive rebounds away like her missing her shot and following her own shot with a rebound she would still be second in the WNBA and rebound in so I'm not here to knock rebounding and I am a fan of Angel Reese's approach to the game she's tenacious she's a dog she's a competitor and she wants to fight to the end I'm not here to question her character or her uh commitment to the game it it's not that but to be for them to clear the bench y'all the entire bench take all the starters out not even leave Camila in the game Who it feels like they've been freezing out for some time not even leaving her in the game a player that needs the Reps that has played less amount of games than angel that needs that extra just playing time experience reps like we said it you know it felt like at times they froze Camila out man I'm not going to hold y'all and I just truly think that she deserves better they have sacrificed her development stunted her growth in favor of making Angel Reese the focal point of this offense man and she she's just not quite offensively skilled enough yet to run a a offense through her it's just not there she doesn't have a go-to move the jump shot is still shaky at best but she's shooting it more confidently so you know you like to see that but it it's stunning the growth of Camila this locker room has been called toxic Kennedy Carter's missing games I know they were saying she had Co so shout out to the league for not letting her play but you've got Marina ma jump sh and this team has not looked the same since they lost her they've won one out of their last six games out of their last seven games bro they've been the worst team in the league probably since post break they just not they have not looked the same and they did not get an equal return for Marina May Camila cardosa has suffered the The Dana Evans is asking the jump ship obviously there's something going on there's arguments happening in this locker room there's egos clashing and it it's hurting the team and it's showing up on the court man they came out firing on all cylinders in that first quarter and then completely fell apart and the fact that angel was in there when this in the fourth quarter in the final minutes they're down 20 it's obvious there's no defend in it there there's nothing I can say that could make that logic logical in this situation there there's nothing I can say they're shamelessly stat padding at this point having a re play in this game down 20 in the fourth quarter is straight ridiculous they are stat pading people and it's obvious it's blatant they aren't even trying to hide it and this is not a shot at angel of course she want to stay in the game but tpoon is allowing this and I understand she's a firste head coach but they are calling her Osama bin spoon they on the internet they are killing her right now and saying that she is the reason she hasn't gotten the best out of Camila and she is one of the main reasons while this team is totally doing a nose dive it is a dumpster fire in Chicago right now and for them to just be so focused on Angel Reese getting these double doubles over the team's success it feels like at times and I've said that before it's ridiculous it's blasphemy and Camila deserves better man like on the season Angel has been productive I'm not taking that from her Angel's averaging 13.2 points per game the scoring has improved and 12.9 rebounds with 1.8 assists 1.3 steals they lose to the fever 100 to 81 she finishes with 10 points and 11 rebounds a ugly double double man Shameless that they had her in the game yeah she got the double double but at what cost like we are losing respect here man it is just blatant stat padding and there's no no plausible way to defend what's going on and with all this it's still not a race for that Rookie of the Year War and to be honest with y'all the way rakia Jackson has been hooping she's looking like she's coming for that second spot to finish runner up for the Rookie of the Year I'm just saying because it is Caitlyn's award to win to lose at this point but the stat pattern is just ridiculous man I thought coach tpoon I I don't expect this team they should tank I don't expect them to they're not going to pack it in because that's just not the mentality of this group that's not the mentality of tpoon but the favoritism towards Angel C your top draft pick Camila minutes touches I mean she's shooting over 50% from the field she's been a more effective scorer when she's gotten touches than Angel has and she is just not getting the touches that she deserves man she is being held back and she's been playing at another level since the post Olympic break man she has as much upside I think she's more skilled than Angel she's 6'7 Elite Defender shot blocker can shoot it a little bit can dribble it has been a capable passer in the past like this is who they need to be getting the ball to man she had so many mismatches in this game bro where they just went away from her she she got mismatches where it was a guard on her they don't throw it in they look her off she's opening the pick and roll slipping screens and there's just not even looking in her Direction and it's really like Lindy Allen has been a okay Presence at point guard I think she's more so suited to be a backup point guard uh they it shows you though when when Camila had Raven Johnson a guard that was focused on actually getting people involved and getting Miller Camila killer Camila the basketball we saw what happens she runs the floor hard she was the focal point led the South Carolina Gamecocks the national champions undefeated in scoring and rebounding she has that impact we have not really seen her play her best at the professional level and I just don't know if that will happen under teaspoon and Chicago with so many distractions with the toxic toxic energy and with her being overshadowed by her rookie counterpart Angel Reese who the city has really embraced and who the team has really embraced but it it's it's left Camila in the dark and I think you know for the next two seasons three seasons maybe you know depending on how long she's there man it is going to stunt her development and it's a shame because she has as much upside as any player in this class and she deserves better man cut the stat pad now it's ridiculous at this point it's ridiculous at this point cut that nonsense out we see what's going on Stevie Wonder can see what's going going on it's obvious it's blatant stat patent it's disgusting it it really is and it's a bad luck and it's making people not like Angel ree more which sucks because I think that she is a dope addition to the league and one of the faces of college or of women's Hoops in general but the stat pattern is insane there there's no denying at this point they can't deny it somebody needs to ask coach teaspoon straight up about it like yo what are you doing what's going on why are you so concerned with Angel Reese getting these double doubles over the overall team success cuz it is blatant and it it's just it's Bush leag there's no point there's no parts of the game for this nonsense man like it's just it's nasty work it's nasty work and we got to call it out y'all know I keep it real with y'all 100% unbiased but the stat pattern man come on is disg graceful at this point y'all
