This message comes after Newport news investigators accuse 31 year old Chantelle Kelly of shooting and killing his uncle 41 year old Wayne mcmillan. According to recently filed court documents, the victim's mother allegedly told police she heard the two having a violent argument at around four in the morning on Sunday at Heritage Forest apartments. She told police she heard her son scream, mom, call for help. My leg is broken. He is going to kill me. Time first responders arrived. Investigators say they found mcmillan suffering from a gunshot wound and Kelly nearby with a gun on the dresser. Newport News. Police say Kelly is a six time convicted felon and is facing several more felonies in connection with his uncle's death. What exactly led to the argument is still under investigation.
