yes yes fight fans this is body and mind Sports welcome you are fly appreciate if you are here for another session of boxing talk and in this video um this session this round I will be um talking about um um the fight between sou Canelo Alvarez and Edgar Bango I'm scheduled for this upcoming week weekend um I will also briefly talk about another fight between William scull and Vladimir shishkin for the ibf um title at 15 um at 168 um which was dropped by Sal Canelo Alvarez in order to make his um fight with Edgar belanga and um I also you know in this video you also find out why that um other reasons why um that fire is heavily heavily related to the Canelo banga situation and so um Canelo versus Edgar belanga of course widely known this is not news it's a fight that nobody wants um nobody in the industry is looking for this fight well of course May the maybe the sanctioning bodies and um Edgar belanga and S Canelo Alvarez himself um fans are very very um disappointed in canelo's choice of opponents and um you know Edgar um um you know is being very very is very very obvious I mean even Stevie Wonder can see this that um since um Canelo lost his old Demitri Biv has since been opting for nothing but easy fights and um you know belanga has done nothing in his career to be deserving of this opportunity in fact there are um other fighters in the W Umba rankings that are way more um deserving of this um I however you know Canelo doesn't care um even to the point that he's willing to accept the um lowest um payday of his career by far you know um sou Canelo Alvarez is um whose popularity has been slowly been declining due to his um cherry picking um we are predicting and I'm not alone in this that this will probably be his lowest gate and pay-per-view um turn out for um throughout his career and um he's been doing this um ducking practice for quite a long time now of course with the help of the sanctioning um bodies um who have helped him to duck more legitimate opponents his mandatory at that who are um a threat to Canelo and his um titles and um the reason behind this of course is for um sou Canelo Alvarez to avoid another loss on his record and also to be able to um hold um the belts at 168 hostage um ultimately to preserve his position as um the number one um box office star and um what is the incentive in this for the sanctioning bodies well it's very obvious um of course to hold on to the number one cashow for as long as possible and like I've said despite him you know declining in popularity slowly amongst fans um but before I go any further let me just give you a list of the fighters that um s Canelo Alvarez um has been avoiding so far and um the First on that list is of course David Morel who has been um sou Canelo Alvarez's um mandatory his WBA mandatory for more than 3 years now and um he became mandatory on September 2020 guys um after um defeating um Lennox Allen for the interim WBA title um later on elevated to um Regular WBA title holder after defeating um Mike gavronski and um we know um David Morel has since moved up to 175 after a long frustrating way for sou Canelo Alvarez for a title shot with an failure of the WBA um to order a fight between him and and sou Canelo Alvarez in um only had um the balls um to elevate um Edgar belanga who by admission by the president of the WBA um meno that um Edgar belanga was actually um mandatory to um David morel's regular WBA title and not the full title that Sal Canelo Alvarez holds and um so they've intentionally done this in order um to arrange a fight with s Canelo and make it look like edar bangard is a legitimate um mandatory although there are seven other fighters in the WBA ranking that are more deserving of this um so um that's just um one example of corruption in boxing at the moment but let's move on to um the next opponent um that selo Alvarez has been avoiding of course with the help of the sanctioning bodies and that um second opponent of course is David Elm Monro Ben vidz David Elm Monro Benavides who as we all know has been um canelo's mandatory um WBC um Challenger since um May of 2022 so he's been a mandatory now for more than 2 years and um he became mandatory on um in May of 2022 and um also he has since um moved up to 175 to chase greatness there after a very long and fruitless Chase for a title shot ver is Canelo however um the WBC in this case did a very very um you know um very very crude Injustice to um David Benavides even worse that than the WBA did to David Morel in that they did not even bother to you know order um not not only did did they not even bother to order a fight between Benevides and Canelo but they totally avoided making an an an order for Canelo to face any other fighter at all um David Benavides as we know has been calling out um sou Canelo Alvarez for um possibly nearly three years now and actually the number one fighter on um fans list for um Canelo Alvarez to face um since um South Canelo Alvarez became Undisputed at 168 um and also canelo's biggest rival um possibly the biggest threat to his career and his title so we all see why sou Canelo Alvarez is doing everything to um to duck um the talent of David Bena vidz um so last but not least we have William skull William skull who um has been um Canelo Alvarez's um ibf mandatory in this since um 2022 um the same year as um David Bena vidz so um he's been mandatory now for two years or more now and um he became mandatory after defeating aghi umeno I believe it's sorry if I'm butchering these names I mean I'm having difficult difficulty with um these kind of East European names um but let I'll give you another attempt of genni shenko I believe and um you know after defeating ofi um shenko he became the um number one Challenger for um sou canelo's um ibf title um sou Canelo Alvarez refusing um to face um William skull for the reason being that um William SC is just simply relatively unknown and so opting for Edgar belanga instead who is who is of course well more known amongst um fighting fans um so a better opportunity um a better business opportunity there um so um for um sou canelo's Alvarez's refusal refusal to um face um William scull the IVF has put is just the only um sanctioning B is sanctioning body in this case to um have taken um into taken into their hands to um stick to their um to their regulations and strip sou Canelo Alvarez of the ibf title um reason why the ibf title is vacant now and sou Canelo Alvarez is going into his fight with um belanga as a unified um title holder and not as Undisputed um otherwise Edgar blanga would be laughably fighting for Undisputed Championship which is astonishing guys and I'm very very um laughable at that um so that title now is um now available for um William skull um to fight for and the opponent I've already given you in the introduction is Vladimir shishkin and they are to make that fight happen on the 19th of October um which is just next month so um there's quite a few um title fights happening in October now um it's going to be a real real um cracking month but um just to add um a couple more opponents more deserving opponents um that you know I've never campaigned in um 168 however very credible opponents and um these two opponents I'm going to mention are of course Terrence BD Crawford who um campaigns at4 and Jamal Charlo who campaigns at 160 um let's start with Terence Bud Crawford first who um Canelo Alvarez um originally said that he was willing to face because he um self admittedly um sees um sees um Terence B Crawford as a easy fight easy payday and despite him saying that actually um Turned Down 110 million guys um just over 110 million guys to face um Terence bod Crawford um ultimately leaving no room for negotiations um as as as as he um went on to ask for 100 a ridiculous 150 million to face um Terence bod Crawford um pound-for-pound number one fighter in the world in the world in who s Canelo Alvarez saw as um an opponent that was too small and therefore a um easy fight and easy payday that would have given him you know the highest um payday in his career um so far by far you know than um the easy fire easy pay day that he opted for in Edgar Bango um to make matters was David Benavides who I've I've already talked about sou Canelo Alvarez um was asking for 200 million another ridiculous amount to face David Benavides um therefore icing himself out of any and further possible um negotiations so that's it guys I've given you the the list of Fighters that are um part of sou canelo's um Alvarez's duck tails you know his story of ducking um but I'm still I still have the I still have to talk about the fight itself and this is not going to take long because it's very very obvious who the winner is going to be without a doubt and I think is going to be an obliteration is going to be a beating like a father gives his son so Canelo Alvarez is just going to make um belanga look like a kid in that ring and um I feel sorry for Edgar Bango but I don't because he's getting paid very well to get this beating so yeah um banga who who has said he was surprised um everybody and knock s Canelo Alvarez out and um we all doubt that s Canelo Alvarez who has said he would not um take any pity on um you know on Edgar banga in that ring and um originally I was saying that um selo Alvarez was might might carry edar banga in his fight just to make the fight look good but if he does go out there and do what he says then yeah um I think that will be um a bit of Justice um served you know um but um despite I mean apart from that um this fight is being touted as um of course um a classic um Mexico Puerto um Rico um Puerto Puerto Rico um Grudge Match and it's far from that guys and I hope nobody is buying into this of course some people probably are because you have some very very um um you know religious Canelo fans um part of the Canelo church that is um that would go to any fight that that he's involved in be easy or a hard fight so um some of the um Mexico Puerto Rico um boxing Grudge Match Grudge matches classic classic fights you know um Mexico Puerto Rico possibly um um amongst um some of the oldest and um you know deep setting rivalries in boxing um I mean you can't you cannot compare this fight to fights like um De La Hoya versus Trinidad um Salvador Sanchez versus wolfred Gomez um Julio um Cesar Chavez versus um Edwin Rosario Cotto versus margarito or even um Canelo Alvarez himself versus Co and we're not buying what um you know Canelo is saying we're not buying what the promoters are saying and we're not buying what um Edgar belanga is saying this is nothing but an utter um rubbish matchup and I expect it to end and um no as soon as the Bell starts I would't be surprised if the fight ends in round one but I'm I'm really predicting no more than sixth round guys um yeah so that being said that's all I have for you
