let's talk about misconceptions though so you guys hear the roadblock store we've kind of talking about overcome the obstacles but what are the misconceptions the myths the lies that first some home buyers think and I've been one right we've all been one so what are they Chef I'm going to what are the ones that you hear from the finance piece most often geez miscon I mean in some cases it is cheaper to buy a house than to rent but and as much as we all do this for living we all do have hearts so like you'd actually be surprised how many people I talked to and they're in a really good situation they have incredibly low rent with great amenities and an awesome landlord and when not the houses that they like and they're like oh my realtor sent me this I'm like yeah well you're going to double what you're paying um does that make sense for you obviously it's the buyer's decision but they could be like you know what we're about to start trying to have a family we don't have two bedrooms or um something happened to our dog we can't have two stories we need like there are situations where see someone just has to move
