so this one's from your mailbag curious as to what you think um when do you will Nick chub play week one and um if not when do you expect to see him I as of right now am the most optimistic that I have been this whole off season um just because things continue to come out we've seen those I think the stability drill video that we got to see a couple of weeks ago like makes a really big difference for me just seeing him on that injured knee making some of them cuts and putting all his weight on one side and he seemed to be reacting to that all right and working out with the rookie undrafted free agent Aiden Robins at the same time um I still I I am at the point now that I believe he plays week one but I believe it's like five to 10 touches like I think we could see him and you could ease him back out there I know Casey kenman and I have had this conversation many times where yes he may be ready but what you don't want to risk him kind of being worn down come December because you rushed him back too soon but it could help that if week one or week two he goes out there and gets five or ten touches but for me when I think he's back and will get a full workload I think we're talking about the end of September probably week three week four uh going into October I think that he'll probably be full go at that time the other thing is and I'll credit Jack Duffin for kind of looking at the contract the way it's laid out the sooner he plays the more of his incentives he's likely to hit so there's a financial reason Nick chub wants to get back on the I mean and again I'm not saying that's the main thing that's driving him there's money on the table for him to get out and play earlier in the year
