hey guys welcome back to Dish Nation I am here with my new best friend Jeff getting ready to chat with Michael Keaton and the cast of Beetlejuice Beetle Juice check it out I love your aggression I know it's it's something about this movie that I just want to smash it into a million pieces it's so freaking good is that bad no it's wonderful okay I was thinking when I was watching you when you first put on the makeup and you're back in there with Winona and Catherine was that like the ultimate mind screw because it's 36 years later what was weirdly [Music] like not okay I mean it's exciting and fun but but you know like looking at it and walking on the set and thinking wow we're really going to do this explain to me like who is he based off of like how did you create just some sad Disturbed part of my brain I actually thought that the other day I looked and I thought yeah it's pretty great and imaginative but what is wrong with me like when Nona said that this was a relig experience filming with you did this fil I feel like Barbara Walter out did this film bring you closer to God Jenna how further from him further from us that's great I mean we're we're in Hell the whole time we're in the afterlife you know that's fair true but why was filming with Monona obviously what were those scenes like for you and having that experience as an actor Monona is such a special person I I feel acting Talent aside obviously she's a Legend um and has done so many been a part of so many great projects and has done incredible work but her to her core as a person is so lovely and so sweet and so caring that I think um feeling that she naturally kind of has that nurturing aspect about her uh and I think that you know to call her mom and to play with that and also just to kind of fall in love with her more and more as a person off screen helped us a lot when we actually shot together because there was such an understanding if you could say three words obviously when people say be Beau he manifests he appears now I want you to say three words really loudly of anything you want right now money money money um what do I want right now sandwich sandwich sandwich I don't know cocktails cocktails cocktails but then I was like great health great health great health please God bless us those both apply sorry so true I was going to say Justin's dog Justin's dog Justin's dog Kuma's in the other room right now and it's killing me that she's not here I I just met her she's adorable that's great Kuma no I don't know what would if I could manifest anything I mean this I'm going to sound well it actually sort of on topic um with the land of the living and the dead I would say all my dogs all my dogs all every dog that I ever own that I lost but I would love to summon them and have them March through that door why do you think this world has endured because this film came out 36 years ago why why are we still talking about it because it's good I want to go inside your ideal after lives what are the things that you're going to need in that afterlife like do you need a Starbucks do you need a Whole Foods what what I know in the movie you need a global entry mints mint everybody looks like they smell that's true mint deodorant a spa a bar if I go away yeah what I going to bring with me yeah pasta pasta well I've never going to die so I'm going to be fine and that's that so I will never know final question yeah okay there's three people you're going to have lunch with in the afterlife who Oscar Wild's going to be one of them yes um I should say like Gandhi but no I don't come on he'd be boring such a bore um who else would I want in the afterlife my dogs um uh yeah Oscar wild did a whole table with my dog version of that awesome thank you Justin so much hey don't forget to hit us up on social media we're on all these platforms at Dish Nation we see you there
