With TestGorilla’s Problem Solving test,   you’ll be able to see how well your candidates  can analyze data to solve problems on the fly. Finding the test in our library and  adding it to your assessment is easy.  But first, let’s take a quick look  at the test and see how it works! This test measures a candidate’s ability to  identify problems, analyze data, and come up with   solutions. It’ll help you find candidates who can  make the right decisions in complex situations. In the workplace, that translates to things  like creating and adjusting schedules   or planning out projects, both big and small. Our Problem Solving test is perfect  when hiring administrative assistants,   project managers, or any role that involves  constantly changing variables and tight deadlines. Now, let’s take a look at some sample  questions to see how we test for this! In this first question, candidates  are shown a schedule and are asked   to solve a logistics problem  using textual information. It’s a bit tricky, and requires a combination  of visualization and process of elimination. On the right is the list of possible answers.  Take a moment now and try it for yourself! Time’s up! Here’s the correct answer.  Were you able to figure it out? This next sample question is a little  different. It requires candidates to do   a bit of math in their head. Try this one  too and see if you can find the right answer. Time’s up! Did you get the right answer? The rest of the test is similar, testing  candidates using a combination of visual   and textual data. And some of these  questions can get pretty difficult. But this is a really effective way to  see which of your candidates can solve   complex problems under pressure. So that’s a quick look at  our Problem Solving test.   Be sure to check it out  yourself in our test library.
