National Smores Day! Christy's homemade smores bars!

well hello guys we are back it is time to make our s'mores bars uh hope you guys got yourself went to the bathroom I hope you guys went to the bathroom hope you guys uh got you some popcorn or whatever it is that you needed uh cuz it's time to make some dessert let's make the s'mores bar this is a really really really really simple recipe I do believe cuz I've never done it before so disclaimer this is the first time me doing this um I've seen several different ways to do this but this is my way okay um this is the way I Vision making it okay so if you've never seen it done this way that's why because this is my idea of what a s'mores bar should be so what I'm using is mini marshmallows Snicker doodle cookie mix I got my Hershey's Bars and of course we have our GM crackers and of course I got a few other things back here in the background some butter and eggs and vanilla and things like that so that is the way we're going to do this we're going to do this together we're going to learn this together CU like I said this is my first time making it and this is the way I Vision a s'mores bar should be made so we're going to see if it works we're going to see how it tastes earlier y'all know that uh the video below this one christe made her homemade queso uh dip it's in the oven now so it is I think it probably has about 30 minutes before she gets to turn it and do all that good mixing up then she gonna stick it back in the oven yes so if y'all was watching that you'll get to see that again because she's going to that's going to be finished up in this video yeah cuz what we what are we having for supper tonight we are having grilled hot dogs I'm fire the grill up after I get through with this oh yeah CU you know hot dogs don't take long to grill uh grilled hot dogs and um oh excuse me queso fries and we're gonna have spores bars for dessert that's this is Saturday night I guess we gonna watch a movie tonight sure why not L Lon that's all right chrisy is your way I know say I'm back the s'mores made your way sounds good well yeah y'all know it's National s'mores you know every day is some kind of national day and I don't know why they pick s'mores day for the summer T because that's like a you know I think of s'mores when I think of s'mores I think of fall but then as I was reading about it a lot of people think of s'mores they think of Summer which is for me I don't I've never Associated it with Summer but well you can eat s'mores anytime yeah you eat them anytime but you know I mean just to say National s'mores day I think it should have been a fall day because you know you think of a campfire with marshmallows cuz that's where you roast marshmallow but I mean you know people do what they it is what it is it is all right so we're going to start off with our um gram crackers okay so I am going to do and this is for a big pan I'm not making a small pan we're not a small family I like s'mores so this is a 9 by3 pan now uh you can cut this recipe in half like this if you wanted to just do an 8 by8 pan like you know a small brownie pan just cut whatever I say in half and I'll post it later if you want me to um but this is a it's a simple recipe it's really not from what the way I have thought about it in my head this is not hard so we're going to have three packs of these gram crackers we're going to pulverize them so what you doing basically just weing it I well no I wrote down what I thought needed to happen and we're gonna go from there so she said she wrote down so I wrote down what I'm thinking needs to happen so this ain't a recipe you looked up or you this is something you just thought of well I mean I look no I didn't think of it there's other recipes this I've seen other people do it but this is just the way I feel it needs to be that can I ask you something yeah can I ask you something yeah what's up can I have one of them damn C cracker that thing look good I'm like sho I'm say you know it's something stupid and simple I'm like let thought you ask me something crack damn G crack man you know what I'm saying you Ain got no [ __ ] oh God gram CRA is good I love gram CER I but you know gr CRA one of them things I never go for you know we always have grand redo thank you for the S thanks for SL you know most people keep gram crackers in their cabinet but I never think about eating them right but when you was just burn like let me have one them you know you know kids ask for Grand crackers all the time I got too many in there hold but I used to eat gram crackers and cheese how many y'all like gram crackers and cheese you always said I've never tried gram crackers and cheese all right so this is gonna be really loud right so let's add the rest of them in now so she's stiring those graham crackers up J say I have been eating graham crackers with marshmallow cream kind of the same thing as Mo put a pizza choc oh yeah put some chocolate out there but you know I love graham crackers and cheese man you know a lot of people eat cheese and crackers done it how many of y'all ever ate graham crackers with cheese man that is good just like how you eat regular crackers with gr with you know cheese and crackers but try cheese on Grand crackers man I'm tell you that is delicious keep saying it I just can't bring myself to do I used to eat them all town when I was young I don't know where I need turn said gram crackers and bolognia never had it what is just a yep peanut butter and gram CRA yes that's my favorite now that's that's my stuff that's when you talking to me right there see I really don't like peanut butter and ground cracker but I just but I do but peanut butter and gr cracker a lot of people eat them like that lot people say Parnell said it's good too yes it is but if you ever want to try cheese ground crackers with cheese is good marget Forest said ground crackers with a slice of cheese is good I know I have never had it Christy won't even tried I tried to get it to eat it she woned I can't imagine it I'm sorry if you ever tried you might like it I probably will just get some sliced cheese just just like how you eat regular cheese and crackers Lisa also said my mama does it with cheese I didn't think I was crazy cuz I mean I used to eat it when I was young matter of fact I think when I was in headst we might have ate it good enough about a pack and about two and a half pack look I only get you one I don't care you me eating damn gram cracker today I got you eating damn gram cracker today all right get those down to the bottom Goodman say I have gram cracker with chocolate pudding oh that sounds great that sounds like the uh what is that used to call them the dunkaroo I believe that's what it was the kids used to have it was like a graham cracker and like a pudding or something like that all right loud Judy Dominic mon say I little Grand crackers up in a cup of milk that might be good Sharon be said cheese don't go on ground preach Sharon that's exactly what I said why need to Turner say her daughter love Grand crackers and cheese really I've never it's not n I think you I think my daddyy probably used to eat it but I just never paid any attention mer B said graham crackers and cheese are good I know I don't know CH K said gram crackers and cheese are delicious I didn't think I was crazy I don't know said gram crackers cheese and pickle baloney you know gram cracker is a cracker man I understand yes gam cracker she a it's a sweet cracker that's what gets me well Christy just don't do like sweet stuff like this I'm not a sweet and Sweet and Savory person not not too much but right now she's she's making s'mores I don't know what s'mores bars okay so what I'm going to do L BR thank you for the star all making a s'mores bar earlier about I don't know 30 minutes ago or so she met made a homemade queso dip yes where she had some Vita and some different cheeses and uh all kind of stuff she got that in the it's in the oven right now it's going to be about a couple hours cooking so uh after an hour she said she going to take it out and mix it all together and stick it back in the oven so probably in about 30 minutes or less you goingon to see that come out the oven all right so two eggs I got two sticks of butter I got two eggs Dy white how are you doing hi par I don't like ground crackers but I will eat them if they are covered with chocolate absolutely that's the best way to eat it right there it's like honey bun and cheese get some of Long porn cheese and with the red wrapper oh my goodness no so yeah I think she going to do some hot dogs on the grill so we gonna get the grill fired up we going to do that here like when you get do that so y'all in for a good ride on this second video y' CU we gonna fire a grill up but she want Christy want you know when Christy want something she christe like party food when Christy want something she go all out yeah when Christy want something she go all out now you notice if I want something she be like well we gon you know chilling she ain't off into what I no you can have that Christy want them super like if every day was a Super Bowl she'd be happy CU she cook Super Bowl food every day that's kind of like tonight you know it's like hey let's eat some Super Bowl food so she so three teaspoons of vanilla so at this point we've got two eggs two sticks of butter three teaspoons of vanilla and two and a half packages of griam crackers that's what we got so far so far so good let's keep on going margar for I want to get a tattoo big low but my with my mom name but I don't know what I want I lost my mom last year she was 97 years old I'll be 68 years old and have never had a tattoo but I want my mom uh and my three grandkids name on it go ahead and do it baby go for it baby just just Google and look up different things that you could use you know that you you know just and trust me it'll speak to you that's how I feel about when it comes to a tattoo it'll when you see especially doing a memorial tattoo I looked at so many different images online when trying to decide what I wanted from my brother and or if you got something in your mind if you got a good tattoo artist that's the thing about a tattoo artist if he's a real artist he can get something in his mind see the tattoo artist me and chrisy Goku he's an artist Robin Robinson thank you for your stars thanks Robin yeah so the guy we go to he's a real artist man so he don't use stencils I'm not saying he don't use stencils I've never seen him use a stencil he's a he's a I think he does with P I think he does with portrait he does so that he can make sure he has the but he draws I mean he can look at something and just draw it so my tattoo I actually just took the cover off today so you did my tattoo is it ain't itching yet it's not itching y'all not yet that's finally stopped and he he did this freehand he did this is a freehand a picture and he done it we showed him a picture and he drew it he didn't have no idea what he doing until I got there so that's two do that's my mother's name Cynthia my tattoo looks good y' it looks really good it looks very nice on your I'm glad you decided to do it right there that that's a tattoo artist that we have man he's very he's very very good yes so I have oh Lord I'm out I forgot about the Snicker doodle cinnamon pack so I have to improvise on that one but I have the Snicker doodle why' you pick Snicker doodle I don't know just something about it stuck out to me uh so I have the Snicker doodle cookie mix so I'm going to do two cups this is just starter I may add more like I said this is just what I feel like I need in my brain that's almost that whole pack so that's two cups of the Snicker dood mix so I forgot about this let me let me improvise and use my brain real quick hold so how much of the Snicker doodle mix should I add here so Mar Mary Marilyn lean Hayes Mary Le doodle think about I'm thinking about the taste of a Snicker doodle that's what the Snicker doodle has I just did half of it though all right and then we're going to add our gram crackers I'm G add just a little bit at a time so I can get it mixed up and we going said I'm I don't know we're gonna see Jo Co say I love this family so much we love you and we appreciate it Southern draw watching know right look we'll put your on baby all right so I did end up using all of the crackers uh because hey it needs it so because you want this to be more of a like you know kind of if you those of you who make uh cheesecake that's kind of the the how you make the crust that's how you want it to be cuz we're going to lay this in bot these are going to be sm' as bars that what you say yeah we're gonna lay this on the bottom of the pan then I'm going to reserve some for the top as well a lot of people asking about would that be good on fish you can put that on anything man let me tell you something it's good now it's got a uh the his the French friy seasoning has a really good it has like a a slight a hint of sweetness to it yes it does and that's what makes it really good and and we done put this in the you see she keep this on top of the stove I do CU you know she got about a thousand seasonings and she keep about seven eight on the stove this is one of to stay on top of the stove y'all that's in the lineup that's the first stream in the line up it's it's on first drain yeah that that that southern draw that that's first drain that's first drain first St right there see y'all go look at that oh that looks good I taste it wait a minute let see you going to taste it m see is that good that's yummy oh that tastes just like a that taste like a s'more what about chocolate what you gonna do with it this is the crust slow down this is the crust oh oh my God that tastes good here look take your little PE look well tell me that's good take place this is the C man a ITC good ain't it that's good ain't it Lord have mercy that's the crust that's good I can eat that by itself that is really good and it still T and that was my my drawback with using a cookie mix is I wanted the crust to still remain tasting like um man that crust is good like a grum cracker and it still does doesn't it even with that cinnamon in you that's the thing about you taste the gram cracker but you taste that so that that um that was a good thing to put in it yes man that Crush y'all man I hope it tastes like it so you get you got to cook the crust right well it'll cook all of it's gonna cook together see I didn't know what you was making so this is just a crust trying to think because it's still kind of gooey but that's fine all right so now and this is pretty much the end of it we're going to put this in try make sure I got all that butter Incorporated and they're good Wendy H say it's a sweet taste yeah it is a sweet taste the Bri said chisty Li every every time when big low says something is good I do because I it it makes you know anybody who cooks understands I'm put some more a little stickier than I wanted to you know I ain't nothing Christy cook I don't like except a hamburger damn help but I even eat that why I got to be hamburger damn help that's just the least of everything but I still eat the hamburger hel I a my mom cook Hamburger hel I didn't need I didn't eat none that well it's because anybody who cooks you know understands when you fix something especially when you cook it from your heart when you make it for people you love when they love what you do for them it makes you feel good it makes you feel very very good inside to know okay I did it yeah okay okay cuz you know you going toot your own horn for yourself when you do something but when your family is like yeah honey that's it right there that's when you know I did what I say still it's called service you know we all do other me men do stuff see I see it's like this we've been married for 25 years so Christie she gets she likes to cook that's her passion and she cooks for her family I do so when the kids like something and when we like something that makes her feel amazing that makes feel that's a woman's thing now me as a man like here's what I ain't never told Cy this but I know I keep everything up outside like right before I came in I I mowed the whole yard cuz you know my riding M messed up and I got put in the shop but I I went and bought me a push more and so I got out there today and I and we got we got a lot of yard out there in the back on the side we got a lot of yard y' don't even know some of the yard we got on y seen y' ain't seen we a even we ain't even took y'all on the other side of our P that's about that's about an acre to push and Big L pushed all that because I know that my kids and my wife they like to have a nice pretty yard I do I love it when you know so that's kind of the service you do when I walk outside and I look at it I'll be like oh it look so nice that makes you feel good see christe she won't oh Lord this shirt I gotta get me another shirt sht Christy christe won't go outside when y'all get I sure won't cuz she don't feel like like you know you know how when you put on clothes you feel good and so I'm the type person I like to keep my yard going you know what I'm saying so that's kind of how it work all right get yourself together cuz I need to stir so you f to take out the uh I'm going to stir it yeah so stirring time baby is about to take this uh peso out that she got y'all she going to Stir It Up it's not done no it's not done it's been in there 45 minutes and I've had it on uh 285 so I bumped it up a little bit so it wouldn't take as long to cook so I do believe it is time for oh yes honey oh we look at that I ain't even stirred it up yet all right let's get that out of the way that's the queso she got yes let's stir this up and we get this back in the oven cut this back up she got to Stir It Up and put it back in the oven look at that y'all that's that Che that's that whole block of it oh way look at that good God good God Al mighty good googly mogly us need something to hold with hold on here we go y'all this smells so good I wish y'all could smell this I wish I had smell vision and y'all could smell this this smell so good and so just in case y'all know that's what we have having tonight we having she's going to cook some hot dogs on the grill and she's making this queso dip and she's going to put it on some loaded fries but y'all go back uh at the video below this one y'all see where she started making this at y'all Lord have mercy I can take a big dip of it right now yeah you can you need to you need to taste it I need to taste it okay look you ain't got to tell me but makes the good queso dip mild that's great so she's going to finish these s'mores up y'all Shirley K said I want some too hey that right there that's good crust so what you going to add to it I mean I don't know are you you say you making I'm making a s'mores you making s'mores bar so you got chocolate and marshmallows all that yeah lord I can't wait Mercy hun you could put bacon bits on the top yeah man I thought about bacon I should did as I was eating it I was like man some bacon will sure be nice on top all you got to do is cook some bacon baby put it in the air fryer man there we go by the time you get done with it that bacon be good we can crunch it up she wants that low watching the ners play Let's go man look football season is start they doing the pream right now I'm I'm going
