I still have um and exactly five weeks of shows cuz you know it's like weekends and stuff like that and 10 shows to do um but after that I will not see you for an incredibly long time and I will hold you dear in my heart for that whole next of my break Adele announcing she's about to take it easy for an indefinite amount of time so the singer getting emotional at a recent Munich concert as she announces she'll be stepping away from the spotlight when her Las Vegas residency weekends with Adele ends in November a fan capturing the moment on Tik Tok it has been amazing I just need a rest and I spent the last seven years building a new life for myself and I want to live it now I want to live my new life that I've been building and I miss you Terri Adele marking the end of an era oh it was fantastic a three-year run performing on stages around the globe which is the longest I've ever done and probably the longest I would ever do and when it comes to what's next for Adele maybe some Wedding Bells in August the hello singer confirmed her engagement to Rich Paul after months of rumors the peer was already set to tie the knot and I love it more than like itself the two have been dating since 2021 and have kept their relationship private you know I don't really get into my personal life but yeah it's important to support those who support you and we support each other so it's great meanwhile the singer seemingly also has babies on the brain last year during one of her shows in Vegas she declared she's quote desperate for another baby during an emotional reunion with the doctor who delivered her son 11-year-old Angelo whom she shares with her ex-husband Simon keki I wish mother best for you don't forget [Music] me I remember you say sometimes [Applause] [Music] it while the incredibly long break is a hard pill for fans to swallow hold you dear in my heart for that whole L of my break they also know it's nothing new for Adele to take extended breaks between projects she had a six-year gap between her albums 25 and 30 a gap that inspired plenty of new [Music] bangers and hopefully this upcoming Hiatus will do the same [Applause]
