these guys ain't got no leaders no backbone and no character and the same again this season it's frustrating when we could have got some leaders in that pitch we are lacking a striker don't see yet he been behind Jim Ratcliff to sort of say okay let's stay with a manager a year now they're under massive pressure over that decision after after that result today because it ain't just about that
