Apple Iphone 16 Release Details Australia

welcome back to the show it's the day Tech nerds have been waiting for Apple's latest iPhone is here and it's already causing a little bit of a stir to break it all down for us we are joined by our own at Tech geek today Tech expert Trevor long who's to the company's HQ in California as a guest of Apple Trev what are the standout features of this new iPhone each of the new iPhone 16 models has an extra button on the side that we've never seen before on an iPhone it's called the camera control button you might think give it as a camera shutter essentially the iPhone is the most popular camera in the world something like 3 trillion photos are taken every year on it so basically you can just hold it up press that it launches the camera press it again to take a photo if you're doing things like Zoom you can just swipe your finger and it zooms it's actually a very Nifty we we knew it was coming based on leaks but I I don't think we expected it to be as useful and as cool as it is plus there is some AI you can do with it by using that button to kind of take photos of things to then ask what they are and stuff like that using AI so the camera feature the camera button is probably the most important thing along with the fact that it's more powerful and also the Pro Models are the biggest iPhones ever the biggest screens ever 6.9 in screen on the biggest one what's the cost $13.99 for the entry level uh which is $100 less than last year and then they go up into the $2,000 Mark and all the iPhone 16 models are compatible with Apple's AI which is called Apple intelligence so you'll get the advantage of all the smarts of the phone summarizing your message messages for you summarizing emails and helping you write and generate images as well so all of that is going to be built in and the Apple intelligence stuff will launch in Australia in December and very quickly a watch in and earpods as well yeah 10th anniversary watch the series 10's thinner and lighter so a slightly better and there's also a a black version of the ultra and new airpods uh airpods with air noise cancelling at the cheap level so 220 bucks and $299 and new ere uh airpods Max and by the way the airpods pro two that are on S already now will'll get a feature that allows you to do a hearing check so if you think your hearing's going your iPhone and your airpods will be able to help you get that checked Apple making you feel about better about getting older that's right F another the gadget thank you Trev enjoy the junk it we love you cheers so much okay 9 o' News time here Jane
