is the question I don't know subscribe maybe it's just like the beginning of the Comedy Festival and so they're doing the national anthem before the Comedy Festival I don't know all right well I guess we'll find out aans all let us rejoice for we [Music] aree [Music] and see it's not really the most inspiring national anthem in the world is it doesn't make you want to just get up and sing it loudly and proudly to people around the world even with a CH behind me I mean these guys are fantastic but no I'm sorry guys sorry it was lovely it's been nice up until now but you were great you were fantastic it's just not the most inspiring Anthem in the world is it the words are all right Australians all let us rejoice for We Are Young and Free except for that line our home is GT by sea cuz g means surrounded like how many people here have ever used the word GT in a sentence in your life seriously you've never seen a police agent four officers outside the house going come out of the house with your hands in the air we have you goodt and so what start choir were great but I reckon that if we really want a national anthem we can be proud of we should keep the words but sing it to a different tune sing it to a good old Aussie rock song that we all grew up with and we all love uh Jimmy Barnes working class man oh yeah let's go can't you just see it the Athens Olympics with one gold in the swimming Bary gets up to Sing the anthem bot la vodka trashed out of his head comes out with this Australian let us rejoice for we are young and free gold and soil and wealth good soil our I think that this is a fun idea to take the national anthems gosh I don't even know what our Anthem could go with feel like some people will be so sad if you CH like people will be like it's the national anthem you can't change it which I I get I get that I get that perspective also it's kind of cool to have a version of it that's like a little more updated that's cool yeah why not update it yeah I mean doesn't have to be like professionally updated but it certainly is cool to have like an updated version like I guess when it was created it probably wasn't like oh oh it was hip for sure it was it was yeah probably like I mean no one created I mean I don't think anyone created any song and was like this will be the national anthem like I feel like it's like a song and then everybody kind of goes oh this is like a good representation of our country and then it becomes the national anthem I honestly don't know enough about national anthems to really like the stars bangal Banner was just a song that was written and then it became the national anthem wasn't like written to be the national anthem unless I'm wrong I mean I wasn't there I like his impression too I he's doing a good job this fun Australia s like a really good [Music] sing to make this Comming we of Bown of all the lands those who come across the seas with boundless place to [Music] Che Australia Fair wait real quick real quick if if I was listening to this song and I didn't know what he was doing or that there was a plan to uh modify the original and I would just think it was a great song I would just be like oh that's a hit like right there you yeah so um if I was to take our national anthem and make it and and use another beat or another tune to another song that'd be really hard for my brain because you grow up like learning the national anthem like over and over and over again and I just feel like this is hard what he's doing like taking the national anthem and changing it up now you know the words doing a great job you know the words we've got AO yeah can you incorporate the choir into that type of song Australian National anth sing it with me oh my gosh Australians all let us
